European markets for buying and selling on public holidays

Back in Europe, traders are likely to respond to the announcement of a Brexit trade deal between the UK and the EU. The agreement, which was sealed after the market closed on December 24th, has to be approved by the UK and EU Parliament this week before December 31st.
