- It’s great to dream big and set high goals for yourself. The only possible downside is that our dreams for the future can sometimes overshadow our lives in the moment. In this articleThe Darwinian Doctor discusses how we can practice contentment in the present while continuing to pursue the future.
- It’s an age-old question: should you pay off debts or invest? You have probably heard different opinions from almost everyone. But This article from the Simple Dollar lays it out in a very simple way and discusses how to proceed based on your personal situation.
- The BRRRR method is a great way to build your real estate investment portfolio. Traditionally, this method has been used on relatively inexpensive properties in ideal or emerging markets. In this article From Bigger Pockets, the author describes how some investors have figured out how this method can be used for high returns – even in large cities and at relatively high costs. If you have the capital, this is a very fascinating idea.
