Here’s Journal Club 12/11/20! I hold one every week JOURNAL CLUB. After filtering through the articles on the web, I present some that have influenced my life this week. Be safe and stay healthy!

  • For those of us whose goal is financial independence through passive income, we know that numbers are plentiful. One of the most important reasons is the forecast of your passive income. • FOMO, or the fear of missing out, is a problem. It creates a lot of anxiety and stress and can ultimately lead to us making some bad decisions. But how does this phenomenon affect our investments? This Physician Philosopher article covers FOMO and investing in depth. If you’ve ever missed out on an investment, this is great read for you.
  • I love learning different ways to invest in real estate. It’s also great to hear people’s personal experiences and unique knowledge on the subject. That’s what exactly This post from Debt-Free Doctor everything is about. If you had set aside 200,000 for investment, how would you spend it? After reading this, you may have some new ideas.
  • The holidays are just around the corner and Get Rich Slowly has a great gift guide for that special someone. The gifts are mostly related to finance and self improvement which, much like the Jelly of the Month Club, is a gift given all year round.

That’s it for this week! Hope Journal Club 12/11/20 has been helpful to you.

Finally, a little motivation. Have fun and a nice weekend!
